We have noticed that the following helps (if you haven't tried yet):
- Reconnect WIFI on your iDevice (turn off/on); or
- Delete and Download the App again (Restore your purchases); or
- Check your storage capacity. If nearly full; the app won't be able to run videos and that may cause the program to shut down.
